 The owner of TRS is Terry
Statham. As a welder, qualified to BSEN 287/288 and educated to HND in Materials
Technology, Terry brings 20 years knowledge and experience of welding,
fabrication and repair of high pressure steam plant. This is enhanced by
specialist knowledge in Metallurgy and Materials Testing.
In 1993 Terry established his specialist
business to meet the demand for high quality, hand-made steam boilers of
all scales from miniature to full-size.
TRS produces high quality work of which
Terry is proud. All of TRS's boilers are fully
tested by an independent inspector and are supplied with a boiler
portfolio, containing all relevant certification.
Using only the finest materials and
traditional boilermaking techniques alongside the latest welding
technology, TRS ensures that all boilers satisfy the most discriminating
engineers and far exceed the most stringent safety standards.
Because TRS knows that some customers
prefer to see examples and get a feel for the quality, it will be
exhibiting at a selected number of events across the country.
